Kabul (BNA) four armed insurgents were killed in an operation launched by Afghan troops in Ghourmach district of Faryab province the day before yesterday.
The Defense Ministry’s spokesman office said, four insurgents were killed while carrying out of destructive activities in Ghourmach district. A mortar, a machinegun, a quantity of weapons, explosives and a motorbike were seized from the insurgents.
According to another report, an armed member of the Taliban was killed by national army forces in an operation in that province.
