Taliqan (BNA) 12 armed Taliban rebels were killed and five others were injured in a clearing operation conducted by ANSF in Khwaja Ghar district, Takhar province.
Sonatullah Temor press in charge of Takhar security command told BNA, the operation conducted by Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) aimed to clean insecure regions of the mentioned district, in which 12 armed Taliban lost their lives and five others injured.
According to the source, the operation continues in the district till complete elimination of insurgents.
