Gardiz (BNA) Work on an irrigational canal kick off in Mohlan region, Paktia province yesterday.
Mohamuddin Momand head of agriculture irrigation and livestock of Paktia told BNA, the 228 meter- long canal is being built from budget of agriculture ministry with a cost of more than ten million Afghanis that can cover up to 2000 acres of land. Construction of this canal will bring more lands under cultivation.
