Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Shadow governor of Taliban for Koshenda district, Balkh province detained in Baghlan province.
Ahmad Jaweed Basharat member of Baghlan security directorate press office told BNA, Mawlavi Naser shadow governor of Taliban for Koshenda district, Balkh province while fleeing toward Kabul was identified and arrested by security forces in the outskirt of Khenjan district, Baghlan province.
It is said that Mawlavi Naser is planning to organize terrorist attacks in Kabul, fortunately detained by police forces.
