Kabul (BNA) 13 armed Taliban rebels were killed in clashes by Afghan security forces.
According to interior ministry press office, the Afghan security forces in the last 24 hours conducted 5 combined operations in the outskirts of Kapisa, Balkh, Kandahar, Zabul and Khost provinces in which 13 armed Taliban rebels were killed and 10 others were arrested.
It is said in these operations, 2 Kalashnikovs, light bullets, quantity of explosive materials, heavy and light arms were seized by these forces. T. Suraya-Yarzada
