Kabul (BNA) National defense ministry said that in the last 24 hours the security and defense forces conducting joined clearing operations aimed to annihilate armed terrorists in various parts of the country, killed 43 armed insurgents, and wounded 16 others.
According to national defense ministry press office told BNA, the operations with support of air and artillery forces conducted in Nangarhar, Kapisa, Parwan, Paktia, Paktika, Ghazni, Kandahar, Urozgan, Ghor, Badghis, Jawzjan, Faryab, Kunduz, Balkh, Badakhshan and Helmand provinces which inflected heavy losses to insurgents.
