Kabul (BNA) More than 500 families of Kunar province were benefited from welfare projects of NSP yesterday.
According to information and public relation of rural rehabilitation and development ministry to BNA, the work of 40 welfare projects of NSP have been executed in different districts of the province and put to people’s deposits at the cost of 55380,000 Afghanis.
The source added the projects included, construction of canals, retaining walls, small hydro-electric dam, agricultural water resource, gravelling of roads, extension of potable water network, and digging of 193 potable water wells.
NSP of rural rehabilitation and development ministry from beginning of activity till now, covered 940 villages under development program, and so far has completed 2219 projects in various sectors and put to people’s deposits in the province .
