Kabul (BNA) Sediq Afghan the philosopher and founder of the World Philosophical mathematics Center ended his strike.
Sediq Afghan forty days ago resorted to protest against the US actions in Afghanistan. He believes that US has been defeated in Afghanistan and intends to leave this country and urges the US for war compensations.
While on strike some government officials and members of the National Assembly and some Kabul citizens met with him and all supported his stance.
Sediq Afghan ended his strike at the meddling of ministers of education and higher education and some other governmental officials and they promised him to follow up his demands.
Prof. Obaidullah Obaid Minister of Higher Education and Farouq Wardak Minister of Education met with Sediq Afghan in his tent he had installed in one of the squares in the city and tried to convince him to end his strike. Installing of the tent by Sediq Afghan had attracted the attention of many Afghans and foreigners in the capital city.
