Kabul (BNA) Dr. Zalmai Rasool Minister of Foreign Affairs has sent separate congratulation messages addressed to Rashid Mardof, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan and Irzhan Kazdkhanof Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan on the occasion of 20th establishment year of diplomatic ties between Afghanistan and mentioned countries.
In these messages beside congratulations, it stressed on extension of relations between Afghanistan and the mentioned countries.
