Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani yesterday appointed Sayed Mosadiq Khalili as acting minister for information and culture and Shafiq Samim as acting minister for education.
The presidential decree issued yesterday and said that both the acting ministers have no authority to appoint or dismiss any employee.
