Maimana (BNA) Fourteen Civilians lost their lives in a mortar mine blast of Taliban in Faryab province yesterday.
Karim Yorish police spokesman of Faryab told BNA, the event occurred in Khwaja Sabzposh bazaar of the province, in which 14 civilians including women and children lost their lives and 39 others have been injured.
The wounded civilians were shifted to hospital by security forces and residents, said the source.
The victims’ families want the government to provide security in that province.
