Jalalabad (BNA) Eight Daesh loyalists were killed and six others injured in a clearing operation carried out by Afghan security forces in Nangarhar province.
The fighters were targeted in Pecheragam district.
According to reports, several hideouts of Daesh affiliates were also destroyed.
Ataullah Khogyaniu spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, in the event, eight Daesh fighters lost their lives and six others were injured.
Foreign nationals were also among the injured.
It is mentionable that no any harm and casualties suffered to security forces and residents in the operation.
