Jalalabad (BNA) The security forces of Nangarhar province have managed to clean up dozens of regions from insurgents.
The security forces of that province conducted clearing operation with participation of hundreds militaries with support of air forces in Nazyan district since a week.
In the operation, heavy losses sustained to Taliban but the exact figures is not clear yet.
ANA senior commander in east of the country told BNA, dozens of insurgents were killed and number of others have been injured.
Several heavy and light weapons have been seized from the insurgents.
