Afghanistan Ulema Council, Attack On Mosques, Graveyards, Funeral And Publics Not Allowed And Illegal According To Islamic Instructions

Kabul (BNA) President Karzai had a meeting with chairman and members of Afghanistan Nationwide Ulema Council yesterday afternoon at the presidential palace.
The resolution of ANUC was readout by Mavlavi Shahzada Shaheed which reads in part: Afghanistan ulema council considers attack as inhuman and anti-Islamic.
On Eid day at a mosque in Logar province as cowardice as a result of which governor of Logar Arsala Jamal was martyred and a number of innocent Muslims injured.
In this crime, the attackers disgraced holy Quran and abused the holy book of Allah the Almighty for achieving their sinister goals, the Ulema council calls attack on mosque, graveyards, funerals, gatherings and gathering places of public people illegal and Heram and its goal is discrediting of Islam.
The ulema council requests the majahid and Muslim people to vote in the upcoming elections to those candidates who would be Muslim, pious, patriotic, sympathetic to the nation, loyal to his promises.
Fair, friend of oppressed, enjoying religious and political intelligence good administrative and high quality and avoid voting to those candidates who lack the above qualities.
The Nationwide Ulema council confirms the resolution of international conference of well-known ulema of Islamic countries held in Kabul which reads that Afghanistan is an independent Islamic country and an inseparable part of Islamic Ummeh, in which religious rites are observing, enjoys a lawful and legitimate government.
Therefore uprising and fighting against such government is not permissible according to sharia.
The resolution asked the Taliban and the Afghan government to solve their problems through constructive and direct talks without interference of aliens.
President Karzai called holding of elections in Afghanistan important step for strengthening of stability in the country.
He said, the Afghan nation would vote to their favorite candidates.
The Afghan nation is travelling to a positive direction.
The president provided information to ulema council about his visit to China.
