Kabul (BNA) The military court in Kandahar had awarded capital punishment to a soldier on charge of killing an officer.
The soldier Noor Mohammad is accused of firing and killing his officer last year.
Meantime, General Islaudin Nizamyar the head of military court in 205th Corp said the accused can appeal against the court ruling.
