Taliqan City (BNA) About 40 different types of weapons have been submitted to Disbandment Illegal Armed Group (DIAG) program in northern Takhar province.
Abdul Khalil Aser in-charge of publication in security command of the province said BNA, the delivered weapons include 11 Kalashnikovs, 23 pistols and seven other weapons, which gathered by Afghan security forces from irresponsible armed men and offenders in different parts of the province.
However, dozens various types of weapons have been collected by irresponsible gunmen and submitted to DIAG program last year, Aser added.
