Kabul (BNA) Deputy Minister of political affairs and acting minister of foreign affairs Hikmat Khalil Karzai met newly appointed director of UN Women for Afghanistan here yesterday, the MoFA said in statement.
Congratulating appointment of the new UN women director for Afghanistan, Karzai praised the agency’s technical cooperation in empowerment of women in the country.
Informing the deputy minister on her programs in UN Women of Afghanistan, the director assured her agency’s continued cooperation for empowerment of women in the country.
