Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Police of Balkh detained four men with nine stolen car over the past two weeks in that province.
Adel Shah Adel spokesman for Balkh security directorate told BNA, these thieves have been detained from 6th, 7th precincts of Mazar-e-Shafri city.
Nine stolen vehicle were seized from the detainees, 5 of which were handed over to their original owners, and 4 other cars will be handed over to their owners after being identified.
He added that police seized 17 weapons from non-responsible gunmen and handed over the carriers to authorities.
Balkh security commandment is determined to minimize crime in that province to provide a peaceful atmosphere for Balkh citizens.
