Twenty Public Utility Projects Implemented In Farah

Farah City (BNA) At a cost of more than AFN 19,000,000 funded by the National Solidarity Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD/NSP) 20 infrastructure projects have recently been completed in Parchaman district of western Farah province.
In-charge of publication in NSP in the south of the country told BNA correspondent, these projects include the construction of culverts, protection walls, retaining walls, culverts, extension of drinking water and canals.
Approximately, 1,700 families in different communities had an opportunity to gain access to basic human needs upon completion of these projects.
Since its inception in Farah province, the NSP has been able to complete dozens development projects  in different sectors including transport, power, livelihoods and villages progress and also the construction works of hundreds other projects underwork in the province.
