President Karzai, Sharif Discuss Cross Border Shelling

Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai conversed on telephone with prime minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and expressed concern on artillery shelling of Pakistan from the other side of the Durand Line on different areas of Kunar province.
Presidential press office stated BNA, in this talk which was carried out in a friendly atmosphere, prime minister of Pakistan said, from the Afghan side terrorists’ influence and operates there. Hamid Karzai clarified that for many years terrorists get into Afghanistan from Pakistan but Afghanistan has never targeted civilians with artillery fire because civilians should not be damaged at any circumstances.
Reciprocally prime minister of Pakistan assured President Hamid Karzai to discuss this issue with his relevant authorities and tackle it.
