Kabul (BNA) A spokesperson for Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmad Shekib Mustaghni said yesterday that talks are under way for signing BSA between Afghanistan and USA.
He hoped BSA would be signed prior to the presidential elections.
The spokesman also asserted that negotiations are continuing on conditions of Afghanistan, saying currently there was optimism over reaching a result on the conditions.
If Afghanistan conditions accepted by the US, the agreement would be signed before the elections held in the country.
