Kabul:(BNA) International Women Day organized by initiation of advisory on women affairs to first vice president office was celebrated in a ceremony here in Kabul yesterday.
In the ceremony, deputy of the first vice president office Hamayoun Khairi while passing congratulatory message of First Vice President, Gen Abdul Rashid Dostum to all women of the country added a society could not develop without participation of women as they were half part of the society.
In the ceremony, advisor on women affairs to first vice president office Massouda Omari and a number of other women spoke and pointed out to solution of current problems.
The ceremony ended by distributing of gifts and rewards to women working for first and second vice president offices.
