Kabul (BNA) At least 56 armed oppositions including Taliban local commander and 4 ISIS loyalists have been killed and 50 others were wounded during joint clearing operations conducted by Afghan National Security and Defense Forces (ANSDF) within the last 24 hours across the country.
According to information of Ministry of National Defense press office to BNA, the joint clearing operations have been launched with support of Afghan air and artillery forces in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Paktia, Paktika, Logar, Kandahar, Ghor, Jawzjan, Baghlan, Urozgan, Badghis, Balkh, Kunduz, Badakhshan, Sar-e-Pul and Helmand provinces.
Some heavy and light weapons, ammunitions and military mobilization have been discovered and seized during the operations too, the source added.
