Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai the president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan sent congratulatory message to his Mexican counterpart Philip Caldron over the national day of Mexico.
In the message sent yesterday, President Karzai wished enhancing bilateral relations between the two nations.
