Govt. Is Responsible Toward People: VP Danesh

Kabul (BNA) The second vice president Sarwar Danesh in meeting with the members of leadership board of the committee for coordination of political parties stated that the government is responsible for any incident occurs in the country.
During the meeting the delegation briefed the vice president about the demands of political parties from the national unity government.
Terming the role of political parties very important in organizing political affairs and institutionalizing democracy in the country, the vice president said that the government is responsible to respond to the demands of the people and would do its best to solve the problems of its citizens.
Expressing concerns over security incidents, the vice president said that recent security incidents especially the abduction of passengers in Zabul and terrorist attacks neither is the sign of government weakness nor the enemies’ power, rather the enemies by conducting subversive activities want to terrorize the people. He also noted that the government of national unity was able to overcome many problems and said, the country’s relations with international community in the past was hit by ambiguity and unfair with the neighboring states while today, Afghanistan is in better positions and had restored its honor and credibility in international community. According to another report, a number of Sunnis dignitaries from Bamyan called on Danesh and announced their support to the national unity government.
