Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in video conference with the 215 Maiwand corps commander and security officials of Helmand province reviewed the security situation there.
After listening to the reports of the officials, the president issued directive to the security officials to spare no effort in improving security in the province.
The president also instructed officials to prepare the list of military and civil personnel who have demonstrated courage in the war against terrorists in Helmand province. He also asked the security officials to present their report on the modalities of support to the families of martyrs and providing medical treatment to the injured ones. President Ghani also instructed acting minister for defense, interior minister and head of national directorate for security to farther ensure coordination among security defense and security forces during operations.
