Three-Day Reformation Seminar Concludes with Supreme Leader’s Address in Kandahar

KANDAHAR(BNA): The Ministry of National Defense’s Public Relations Office announced a three-day reformation seminar titled “Reformation Session for Senior Officials of the Ministry of Defense” in Kandahar.

The event aimed to promote self-discipline, responsibility, proper conduct in power, better coordination, and improved governance.

Honorable Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada May Allah protect him, graced the seminar, which was also attended by Deputy Prime Ministers for Economic and Administrative Affairs, acting ministers from the Ministries of Interior, Foreign Affairs, Vice and Virtue, Hajj and Religious Affairs, the acting head of the General Directorate of Intelligence, and several cabinet members of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The seminar took place at the headquarters of the 205th Al-Badr Army Corps.

The first day opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by inspirational speeches from Esteemed Supreme Leader May Allah protect him. Various reports were presented by corps commanders and deputies of the Ministry of National Defense.

In his address, the Supreme Leader praised the country’s defense and security forces for their efforts in maintaining national security and highlighted recent achievements of the Islamic Emirate. He stressed the significant responsibility of protecting and strengthening the Islamic system, urging the officials to remain humble and obedient, and to consider such obedience as their form of jihad.

On the second day, speeches were delivered by religious scholars, the Deputy Minister of National Defense, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, the acting Minister of National Defense, and cabinet members.

Topics included jihad memories, good governance, coordination among security agencies, obedience to leaders, intent purification, protection of public assets, Islamic brotherhood, and the accomplishments of the Islamic Emirate.

The third day began with addresses from scholars and religious leaders. The Supreme Leader spoke on good governance, obedience to leaders, and respect for scholars. He urged officials and members of the Islamic Emirate to take responsibility seriously, learn necessary skills, and avoid regional discrimination, emphasizing that distrust and divisions lead to failure.

The seminar concluded with guidance and prayers for the martyrs from Honorable Supreme Leader, offering necessary advice and recommendations to the Mujahideen.
