KABUL (BNA): The Ministry of Finance has conducted an analysis and evaluation meeting focused on non-tax revenues with representatives from 14 ministries and agencies.
The Ministry’s press office announced that the meeting, chaired by Hafiz Mawlawi Shah Hussain Hussaini, Director General of Revenue, thoroughly assessed the non-tax revenue collection processes of these ministries and agencies. The review also covered the progress towards the set revenue targets for non-tax incomes.
Ministries and agencies that exceeded their revenue targets were acknowledged and shared their successful strategies with the other participants.
Additionally, essential recommendations were provided to prevent potential revenue shortfalls, and better revenue opportunities were identified to ensure the effective achievement of the set revenue targets.
