KABUL(BNA): Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, held a significant meeting with Mohammad Younus Mohmand, the Acting Head of the Chamber of Commerce and several national traders.
The meeting underscored the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to supporting the nation’s business community.
According to a report from the deputy Prime Minister’s office, the discussions centered around the current economic landscape in Afghanistan. National traders highlighted that the situation in the country is markedly different from the negative portrayals often propagated by adversarial groups.
They noted that, under the Islamic Emirate’s leadership, Afghanistan’s private sector has experienced notable growth, with advancements in industry and investment.
The traders expressed their willingness to collaborate with the Islamic Emirate, reaffirming their dedication to strengthening the existing economic framework.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir acknowledged the invaluable contributions of local businessmen, thanking them for their investments during challenging times and emphasizing the government’s readiness to support them in various capacities.
