KABUL(BNA): In Kunar province’s Shigal district, a 27-year-long feud between two families has finally been resolved.
Mawlawi Aziz-ul Rahman Yasir, head of the Kunar Appeals Court, informed Bakhtar News Agency that the longstanding conflict between the families of Mohammad Dawood and Mohammad Hashim has been peacefully settled.
He mentioned that both families had suffered casualties over the years, but local authorities have now brought an end to the dispute.
This resolution is part of a broader trend since the return to power of the Islamic Emirate, which has seen inter-tribal conflicts and hostilities across the country being transformed into friendships.
