Kandahar Reports Return of 727 Families Through Spin Boldak

 

KABUL(BNA): Officials from the Registration, Verification, and Reception Committee in Kandahar have reported the return of 727 families to Afghanistan through the Spin Boldak border crossing during the current month.

According to the committee’s representatives in the Anzargai Camp of Kandahar’s Takhta Pul district, from October 22 till November 19th, a total of 727 families, comprising 3,748 individuals, returned to the country from Pakistan. Additionally, 222 prisoners were repatriated during this period.

The committee noted that these families have been introduced to various organizations for assistance.
