KABUL(BNA): Kabul Mayor Mawlawi Abdul Rashid emphasized the quality and speed of several road development projects during his inspection.
These projects include the road expansion from Deh Mazang to Kote Sangi (Maiwand Square) in the third district, the connecting road between Pul-e-Sukhta and Pul-e-Surkh, including a bridge in the sixth district, and the construction of new roads in Gulbagh and Paddula in the seventh district.
According to information from the Kabul Municipality’s spokesperson’s office provided to BNA, the mayor instructed the contracting companies to work with complete integrity according to the design, technical documents, and contract terms to prevent the misuse of national wealth.
Kabul Mayor also directed the technical and engineering officials to monitor the road construction and overall municipal projects in Kabul on time to ensure these projects are implemented according to the standard.
