KABUL (BNA): Mawlawi Abdul Rashid, Mayor of Kabul, met with traders and investors to discuss the implementation of urban development programs and plans.
In a statement issued by the Kabul Municipality’s media office, Mayor Abdul Rashid reiterated that urban laws are applied uniformly to all citizens, leaving no room for lawlessness.
He emphasized that any modifications to the facades and structures of commercial markets must comply with urban standards and that all constructions must align with the master plan.
Mayor Mawlawi Abdul Rashid called on traders and investors to collaborate with the Kabul Municipality in achieving sustainable development and structured growth for the city.
He further highlighted that the economic growth of the country heavily relies on capable and honest national investors. To this end, the municipality is providing enhanced facilities and opportunities to support investors.
In turn, the traders and investors expressed their support for the urban development plans and assured their cooperation with the municipality.
