Four-Day Training Seminar for Ministry Spokespersons Kicks Off in Kabul

KABUL(BNA): A four-day training seminar for spokespersons from various ministries and independent agencies of the Islamic Emirate commenced today, Sunday organized by the Department of Access to Information under the Deputy Minister of Information and Culture for Publication Affairs.
At the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Mohajer Farahi emphasized the crucial role of the press sector in communicating the government’s work, activities, and achievements to the public. “Despite numerous challenges, the Islamic Emirate has made significant progress over the past three years. It is our shared responsibility to inform the people about these accomplishments,” he stated.
Farahi highlighted that each agency’s spokesperson must be well-informed about their agency’s achievements and activities. He urged them to prioritize accuracy and speed in disseminating information while fostering positive relationships with the media and journalists.
The seminar will feature different lecturers each day, focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the spokespersons regarding their roles in the media landscape.
