Deputy PM Mawlawi Kabir Engages with Afghan Traders in Qatar, Calls for Investment in Afghanistan

KABUL (BNA): Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, declared that Afghanistan now enjoys independent national sovereignty and is not influenced by external forces.

During his visit to Qatar, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, accompanied by Dr. Mohammad Naeem Wardak, Acting Ambassador of the Islamic Emirate in Doha, and Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, Head of the Political Office in Qatar, met with Afghan traders residing in the country.

Musa Jan, representing the Afghan community in Qatar, expressed satisfaction with the current state of Afghanistan under Islamic governance. He highlighted the nationwide security and stated that Qatari-based traders are ready to invest in Afghanistan.

Furthermore, Afghan traders and scholars in Qatar assured their support for the Islamic Emirate and called for efforts to strengthen national unity and rebuild the country’s infrastructure. They also shared their suggestions and concerns with Mawlawi Abdul Kabir.

For his part, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir emphasized that Afghanistan has established independent sovereignty and maintains positive diplomatic, economic, and political relations with many countries.

He noted significant progress in politics, economy, and security over the past three years, citing the eradication of corruption and the establishment of a unified Islamic system across the country.

He called on Afghan traders and investors abroad to invest in Afghanistan and contribute to the country’s development and prosperity.
