KABUL(BNA): Andreas, an American tourist visiting Afghanistan, has embraced Islam during his travels.
While journeying through Bamiyan, after a meaningful and friendly encounter with Islamic Emirate personnel at a checkpoint in Jilrez, Maidan Wardak province.
His prior curiosity and study of Islam led to his conversion to noble religion of Islam, and he was officially named Mahmoud in a special ceremony.
