Afghanistan’s Ambassador Attends 7th China International Exhibition in Shanghai
KABUL(BNA): The Embassy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in China has announced that Ambassador Mullah Bilal Karim participated in the 7th China International Exhibition held in Shanghai.
The embassy shared on its X account that during his visit to the exhibition, Ambassador Karim toured the Afghan traders’ booths, which showcased various Afghan dry fruits such as different types of almonds, apricot kernels, pine nuts, figs, as well as saffron, sweet-scented herbs, yarlang, and other products. Additionally, handmade crafts like carpets and lapis lazuli jewelry were also on display.
According to the source, Afghan traders during the visit requested the ambassador to facilitate the transportation of Afghan export goods to China.
Meanwhile, during the visit, Afghanistan’s ambassador provided Afghan traders with information on trade matters between China and Afghanistan and reassured them of full cooperation.
He also listened to the traders’ requests, concerns, opinions, and suggestions, promising to make further efforts for addressing their issues.
