350 Million AFN Allocated for 60 Development Projects in Paktika
KABUL (BNA): Work on around 60 development projects, with a total cost of 350 million Afghanis, has commenced in five districts of Paktika province.
During the inauguration ceremony, Paktika Governor Alhaj Mullah Abdul Khaliq Abid emphasized the commitment of the Islamic Emirate leadership to implementing impactful projects aimed at addressing the essential needs of citizens across the country.
The projects, set to be executed in Bermal, Shkin, Nematabad, Warmami, and Tarwa districts, include the construction of roads, schools, madrasas, mosques, and water supply networks.
Local elders and residents welcomed the initiative, expressing gratitude, stating that this long-standing aspiration of over 20 years has been realized under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.
Moreover, these projects are expected to create employment opportunities for dozens of people from the respective regions.
It is worth noting that work has already commenced in Bermal and Shkin districts, with activities in the remaining districts scheduled to start soon.
